Instructions

1. Determine who should have access to the passwords, and how many copies of the password sheet you need. In most cases, this will be three copies.
2. Generate the passwords and print three copies (or however many you determined you need).
3. Distribute these copies to the corresponding recipients.
4. Identify each copy as copy 1 of 3, copy 2 of 3, copy 3 of 3 etc.
5. Keep these passwords in a secure location. They are highly sensitive
6. Download a copy of the password tracking sheet, and record how each password was used. Many passwords will remain unused.
7. Distribute the password usage sheet as needed.

Be sure to keep these passwords in a safe place! We cannot regenerate them once you leave this site!
